Script File Variables
Eleven string variables can be used within the string above.
These are used to include special characters within the string.
Variable

Quote characters are special characters.
•
Because each of these variables starts with a backslash, the
backslash character ( \ ) is also a special character.
As an example, to send the string "User Name" (including the
quotes), the script file entry should be as follows:
send "\"User Name\""
Description
alert (normally creates a beep)
backspace
form feed
new line
carriage return
horizontal tab
vertical tab
Literal question mark
literal single quotation mark
literal double quotation mark
literal back slash
