Registering a sender name

Register a sender name to be assigned to the header of the original to be sent.

The sender name is printed at the leading edge of the sent original. When necessary, the original can
be sent with no sender name added.
Press the Utility key.
Use +, to select [ADMIN. MANAGEMENT], and press the OK key.
Enter the administrator number using the Keypad, and press the OK key.
Use +, to select [USER SETTING], and press the OK key.
Use +, to select [USER NAME], and press the OK key.
Enter the sender name using the Keypad, and press the OK key.
% For details on how to enter a character string, refer to [Quick Guide Copy/Print/Fax/Scan Opera-
tions].
% The sender name can be specified with up to 32 characters.
