2. If the interleave factor is not defined (by previous LLF
option), "the best interleave procedure" is started.
In the case of PC 6300, with a DTC or WD controller, the
Interleave Factor called will always be by definition six (6)
and the following message will be generated:
HARDWARE TESTS SUGGESTS BEST INTERLEAVE FACTOR IS "1:6"
DO YOU WISH TO SPECIFY A DIFFERENT INTERLEAVE FACTOR (Y
or
N)
a. If the user responds "N" or "n", followed by the ENTER
key, the established value of "6" will be used as Interleave
Factor.
b. If the user responds "Y" or "y", followed by the ENTER
key, the following message is displayed:
ENTER AN INTERLEAVE FACTOR (6, 5,
or
4)
