Problem

When Memory Is Full

This section describes likely causes of and possible solutions for problems related to full memory.
Message
"Memory is full. Cannot scan
more. Transmission will be
stopped."
When You Cannot Send or Receive Fax Messages As Wanted
Cause
Encrypted e-mails are sent to
the destinations for which S/
MIME authentication is set,
and plain text e-mails are sent
to the destinations for which
S/MIME authentication is not
set.
Only JFIF files are printable.
(JFIF is a JPEG subformat.)
Cause
The memory is full.
Solution
Make sure S/MIME-authentication
destinations are separate from plain text
destinations.
Contact the administrator for details
about destination settings.
Make sure the files you are trying to print
are in JFIF subformat.
Solution
If you press [Exit], the machine returns to
standby mode and starts transmitting the
stored pages.
Check the pages that have not been sent
using the Communication Result Report,
and then resend those pages.
