Paper Take-Up/Transport Misfeed

A. Detection Timing
Type
MP tray Pick-up The Paper Take-Up Switch does not turn on after the predetermined period of time
Jam has elapsed after paper take-up began.
2nd tray Pick-up
Jam
Bypass tray
Pick-up Jam
Separator Jam The Exit Sensor is not blocked after the predetermined period of time has elapsed
after the Paper Take-Up Switch is turned on.
The Paper Take-Up Switch is not turned off after the predetermined period of time
has elapsed after the Paper Take-Up Switch is turned on.
