Looper avoiding motion

Requirement
With the needle bar at TDC, or at 0.8 mm before TDC for H-model machines and
machines with -911/.. (pin in hole 1 or 4), the slot in eccentric 2 must be positioned exactly
under the center of the shaft.

Loosen screw 1.
Bring the needle bar into the appropriate position.
Turn eccentric 2 according to the requirement.
Tighten screw 1.
