Reminder
When turning the machine off, then on again, wait about 10 seconds to turn the machine on after turning
it off. The machine may not operate correctly if it is turned on immediately after being turned off.

Using the software switch settings, you can select whether or not POP3 reception is used. For details,
refer to "Specifying settings concerning Assistant tool for bizhub C200, SMTP transmission/reception
and POP3 reception (mode 361)" on page 3-12.

In the Network Settings screen, touch [POP3 Settings].

Touch [POP3 Server Address].

Description
Specify the IP address of the POP3 server.
This must be specified in order to receive Internet faxes.
Specify the POP3 user name for this machine.
Specify the POP3 password for this machine.
Specify the interval for connecting to the POP3 server and checking for received Internet
faxes. (1 to 99 minutes)
If [Check OFF] is selected, automatic checking is not performed.
