■ Controls/buzzer on the main body
Problem
Buttons on the main
body do not respond.
Motorized devices are
not interlocked by
pressing the FUNCTION
button.
Brightness cannot be
adjusted with the
dia-illumination
brightness control knob.
Buzzer does not sound.
When the power switch
is turned on, a series of
short beeps sound, and
the Escape button lamp
blinks.
Motorized devices are
not interlocked by
pressing the MODE
switching button.

Stage vertical movement
Problem
Focus cannot be
adjusted with the focus
knob.
Parfocal correction is
not performed when the
objective is changed.
Focus is not corrected or
is corrected improperly
when parfocal correction
is performed after the
objective is changed.
Pressing the Escape
button does not retract
the stage elevating
section.
Chapter 2
Cause
Operation is disabled.
The MODE function is not set.
Operation is disabled.
The buzzer is set to mute.
The vertical movement counter is
abnormal.
The interlock setting is OFF.
Cause
The focal position is outside the range
limited by the software.
The focus knob is disabled.
The stage elevating section is in the
escape state.
Parfocal correction is OFF.
The focal points of the objectives are not
set properly.
The retracted position is lower than the
lower limit of the vertical motion range.
Troubleshooting
Change the setting.

Press the Escape button and initialize the
vertical movement. When initialization is
complete, the buzzer emits a long buzz.(The
buzzer emits beeps for 20 seconds. If the
escape button is not pressed during this time,
vertical movement will automatically be
initialized.)
Turn the setting ON.

Disable the software limit.
