Description
AC power input
Connect to the commercial power supply
(380–500V AC, 50/60Hz)
Keep these terminals open when using the high power factor converter
(FR-HC, MT-HC) or power regeneration common converter (FR-CV).
Inverter output
Voltage ouput of the inverter
(3 ~, 0V–power supply voltage, 0.5–400 Hz)
Power supply for
Connected to the AC power supply terminals L1 and L2. To retain the alarm
control circuit
display and alarm output or when using the high power factor converter
(FR-C, MT-HC) or power regeneration common converter (FR-CV), remove
the jumpers from terminals L1-L11 and L2-L21 and apply external power to
these terminals.
Brake unit connection Connect the brake unit (FR-BU, BU and MT-BU5), power regeneration com-
mon converter (FR-CV), high power factor converter (FR-HC and MT-HC) or
power regeneration converter (MT-RC).
DC reactor
For the 01160 or less, remove the jumper across terminals P/+ and P1 and
connection
connect the optional DC reactor.
Be sure to connect the DC reactor supplied with the 01800 or more.
When a DC reactor is not connected for the 01160 or less, the jumper across
terminals P/+ and P1 should not be removed.
Please do not remove or use terminals PR and PX or the jumper connected.
PE
For earthing the inverter chassis. Must be earthed.
