Defining Security Service

To define Telnet:
1. Click
Configuration
2. Check the
Enable Telnet
3. Enter the Telnet password and confirm it.
4. Click
Save
to save the changes.
Note:
1. The Telnet user name is root as default, and cannot be changed.
2. The default Telnet password is "ab12!"
3. The password should be set with at least 4-character password with at least one
letter and one number.

Restoring default settings

Use the Default menu to restore default settings to the camera. There are two options
available:
 Restore: Restore all the parameters, except the IP parameters, to the default
settings.
 Default: Restore all the parameters to the default settings.
Note: The video standard cannot be restored to default settings using
Default.
To restore default settings:
1. Click
Configuration
2. Click either
Restore
3. Enter the admin password and click OK.
4. Click
OK
in the pop-up message box to confirm restoring operation.
