14.8 Call Forwarding

A button set to this function allows the user to redirect all their calls to another number. Extensions with
Forwarding enabled can also forward calls externally by specifying a

automatically clear the setting from the existing button.

· Specifying * followed by a personal speed dial is used for cell phone connect/mobile twinning. This operates in
the same way as remote call forwarding but rings at both the extension and the external number. Use of cell
phone connect may also require licenses.
· You can also access this option by pressing FEATURE 11 and entering the destination number. To switch
forwarding off enter the extension's own number as the destination.
· Programming the destination and/or the originator onto the call coverage button is optional.
To create a call forwarding button (ETR 18D/ETR 34D Phone)
1. Do one of the following depending on whether you want to change the button programming of the extension or of
another extension.
To program the extension
1. At the phone press Feature 00.
2. Program Extension: is shown on the
display.
3. Press the button that you want to edit or
enter from 03 to 80 or press the
corresponding line appearance button
directly.
4. The current setting of that button is displayed.

5. At the Call Coverage Dest: prompt enter the destination number for the call forwarding calls.

6. The current setting of the button will now be set to Call Forward O <covered extension> D <destination
extension>.
· Exit programming by pressing Feature 00. You can also exit programming mode by lifting the handset, then place
it back in the cradle.
To create a call forwarding button (1408/1416 Phone)
1. Do one of the following depending on whether you want to change the button programming of the extension or of
another extension.
To program the extension
1. At the extension press Admin.
2. Press the programmable button you
want to change. Alternatively:
