Cause
• The [EMERGENCY STOP] switch
remains pressed down (the
[EMERGENCY STOP] switch is
lower than the monitor surface).
• The [START/STOP] switch was
pressed without the arm being
inserted.
• The arm is too thin.
• The user moved the arm or body
during measurement.
• The user had frequent irregular
pulse waves during measurement.
• The cuff pressure reached
300 mmHg or more.
Cause
• Printer failure.
• Unable to upload advertisement
print image.
Remedial action
After the arm has been removed from the cuff,
press the [EMERGENCY STOP] switch to reset.
When the emergency stop is reset, the error is
cleared.
• Make sure the arm is inserted correctly.
• If the circumference of the arm is less than 17 cm,
it may not be possible for the cuff to wrap around
the arm and measurement will not be possible.
• Ask the user not to move or speak during inflation
and measurement.
• Check if the user has an irregular pulse wave.
If the cuff pressure rises above 300 mmHg,
emergency air release will automatically take place.
Remedial action
Please contact your local authorized OMRON
dealer/supplier.
(This error does not appear when the [PRINT]
switch is set to "OFF".)
Remove and then reinsert the SD memory card.
