CHAPTER 6: OPERATOR TROUBLESHOOTING
Troubleshooting Fryers with Analog, Digital, or CM III Controllers
Press Power Switch OFF, disconnect
computer wiring harness from interface
computer wiring harness, reconnect unit
to electrical power, press Power Switch
Problem is beyond
scope of Operator
Troubleshooting.
45 SERIES GAS FRYERS
CM III WILL NOT GO
INTO PROGRAMMING
MODE.
unit from electrical power, unplug
board. Wait 2 minutes. Reconnect
ON.
Does
computer operate
properly?
No
Press Power Switch OFF,
disconnect unit from electrical
power, remove computer and
replace with another known to
be working.
Reconnect unit to
electrical power. Press
Power Switch ON.
Does

Call Service
