Solution
Press any key to continue. Retry the STANDARD
CALIBRATION, ensuring that the backing is
inserted and the media withdrawn at the
appropriate step (see Section 2.1.3).
If the problem persists, it can be due to one of
following reasons:
1) Possible debris in the Media Sensor; clean it
then retry calibration (see Section 2.4.3).
2) The Media Sensor may be defective; replace it
(see Section 4.8).
3) The Main Logic PCB may be defective; replace it
(see Section 4.9).
Press and hold the TEST Button to initiate cleaning
(see Section 2.4.1).
Ensure correct media loading and Media Sensor
adjustment. Then, if the problem persists, it can be
due to one of following reasons:
1) The PAPER OUT DISTANCE SETTING may need
to be increased.
2) Calibration may be needed (see Section 2.1.3).
3) The Media Sensor may be defective; replace it
(see Section 4.8).
4) The Main Logic PCB may be defective; replace it
(see Section 4.9).
