• Use number: Retrieve telephone numbers from the e-mail that you
can save in your Phonebook.

Forwarding e-mail

You can forward e-mail from the Inbox, Outbox, and Sent messages
folders.
1. From the E-mail
2. Press OK.
The subject window appears.
3. To use the original subject, press OK.
OR
To change the subject, press DELETE, revise the subject, and then
press OK.
The Write window appears.
4. Revise the message as you require. When the message is ready to
send, press OPTIONS.
5. Select To.
6. Press OK.
7. Enter the destination address.
8. Select Send.
9. Press OK.
The IP Phone 1535 sends the e-mail.

Modifying an e-mail

You can modify e-mail from the Inbox, Outbox, Sent, and Draft messages
folders.
1. Select an e-mail message to modify.
2. From the E-mail Options menu, select Modify.
