Introducing the IP Phone 1535
4. To start recording, press RECORD.
A blue bar on the duration timer advances to let you know the length
of your recording.
5. To end the recording, press STOP.
6. If you are satisfied with your recording, press SAVE.
OR
To discard the recording, press DELETE.
The IP Phone 1535 either saves your clip in Recorded Videos >
Video gallery or displays the message "Delete video?".
7. To confirm the deletion of the video clip, press YES.
If you saved the clip, the new clip appears in the Video gallery. The
IP Phone 1535 plays a preview of the clip, and you apply options. For
more information about the tasks you can perform with your new video
clip, see

Entering text using the dialpad

The IP Phone 1535 supports two writing modes to enter text using your
dialpad: multitap and T9.
For information about selecting your writing mode, see

Using the multitap writing mode

In multitap mode, you enter text by repeatedly pressing a dialpad key until
the letter you want appears. Multitap writing mode uses the common
lettering printed on your dialpad keys—use the
enter A, B, or C. Press 2 once for A, twice for B, or three times for C.
