Image, sound, and video gallery management
An e-mail message appears with the selected image as an
attachment. For information about using e-mail, see
page
87.

Picture Caller ID support

For the picture ID of the caller to appear, an image can be uploaded to a
Personal Agent web page. For more information about Personal Agent,
see Personal Agent User Guide (NN42020-100).

Sound management

For any sound in the galleries, perform one of the following tasks:
"Recording audio" on page 82
"Configuring the melody for incoming calls" on page 83
"Assigning a melody to a contact" on page 84
"Sharing audio clips" on page 84

Recording audio

You use the IP Phone 1535 to record audio clips of up to 20 seconds in
duration. Recorded clips are saved in the Recorded audio gallery, which
holds up to 20 clips. Use these clips as your ring tone or share them with
others.
1. Open the
Sounds

2. Select
Recorded
3. Press OK.
4. Select New.
5. Press OK.
The audio recorder window appears with a duration timer at the
center.
6. To start recording, press RECORD.
A blue bar on the duration timer advances to indicate the recording
length.
