Attendant Features
Speed Dial Bin
The following procedure is used to associate names to a system speed
dial bin only.
To add names to a System Speed Bin:
1.
Enter desired 3-digit Directory List number (000-199), or dial [ ] to
scroll up (next entry) or [#] to scroll down (previous entry) through
the list. (If changing a name already associated with an existing
System Speed Dial Bin entry, skip to Step 4.)
2.
Press TRANS.

Dial system speed dial bin location (9020–9999 or
9020-9099 for

Press MUTE.
5.
Use keys on the dial pad to enter the name (up to 24 characters may
be entered). The display updates as the name is entered.
6.
Press SPEED when finished. Confirmation tone sounds and the
display updates.
7.
Press HOLD, then use [ ] or [#] to scroll to next entry.

Hang up to end programming.

Attendant Disable Outgoing CO Line

The first Attendant can disable CO lines to prevent outgoing access to
those lines.
To disable CO Lines:
1.
Lift the handset, or press the ON/OFF button (SPEAKER button on IP
Phone).
2.
Dial [602] on the dial pad. A confirmation tone will sound.
3.
Press the line button(s) of the CO Line(s) to disable. The CO Line
button(s) LED flashes; a confirmation tone sounds.
To reactivate the CO Line(s):
Repeat Steps 1-3 to disable this feature.
