Basic View Part Names and Functions

The basic view displays the basic operations with large text to enable them to be
performed easily. For detailed information on using the functions, see the instruction
manuals for each function.

Select the document settings and paper finishing settings
here.
Document
1side....Select to only scan one side of the document
2side....Select to scan both sides of the document
Finishing
1side....Select to print on only one side of the paper
2side....Select to print on both sides of the paper
Select the paper to print on and the zoom ratio for printing.
Auto.... Press this to automatically select the paper according
to the size of the document.
Fit....... Press this to automatically set the zoom ratio
according to the size of the paper.
This displays the number of copies that will be made. Set the
number of copies using the numeric keys or the cursor keys
displayed below the number of copies.
These keys have the same function as the <Reset> / <Start>
keys on the control panel.
