B Clean the flue gas passages (Fig. 58, [1]) starting at
the front and working towards the back with cleaning
brushes 1 and 2 (Fig. 57).
B Clean the rear wall of the combustion chamber with
cleaning brush 3.
B Clean the rest of the combustion chamber (Fig. 58, [2])
with cleaning brush 2.
B Clean the bottom flue gas passages from the front with
cleaning brush 2 (Fig. 58, [1]).

B Undo the four self-tapping screws on the rear boiler
panel at the bottom.
B Remove bottom rear boiler panel.
B Loosen spring hooks below the flue outlet (
page 30).
B Fold both ends of the thermal insulation up (Fig. 59,
[1]) and fasten in this position with the spring hooks.
B Remove the cleanout covers from the rear section
(Fig. 59, [2]) and on the draft diverter (Fig. 59, [3]).
B Remove all loose combustion residues from the
combustion chamber, the flue gas passages and the
draft diverter.
B Check sealant ropes on the openings of the cleanout
covers and burner door. Replace damaged or
hardened sealant ropes.
