To search for a box by its box number

The following procedure describes how to search for a box number when
opening a box.

Press the [Box] key in the control panel.

Touch [Retrieve from HDD].

Touch [User Box No.], use the
keypad to type in box number, and
then touch [Set].

If a password has been specified for
the box, type in the password, and
then touch [Enter].
The contents of the box are
displayed.
