This setting is for the network scan, fax, and network fax operations. For details, refer to the "User's Guide
[Network Scan/Fax/Network Fax Operations]" and "User's Guide [Network Administrator]".

Configure whether to display the logout confirmation screen when you
press the [Access] key to log out.
Configure whether to manage the output of single color or 2 color as color
print or black print.
When managing it as black print, even a user who is restricted from per-
forming color print can perform single color or 2 color output.
