TCP/IP
Use these instructions to install the device on a TCP/IP network using Web Image Monitor
DSm520pf/AC122/AC205.
Installation Procedure
There are two stages required to install the device on a TCP/IP network using Web Image
Monitor DSm520pf/AC122/AC205:
Configure the DSm520pf/AC122/AC205
Test Print
Configure the DSm520pf/AC122/AC205
NOTE: The TCP/IP settings for the device will have been setup when completing
the Enabling Web Image Monitor DSm520pf/AC122/AC205 section.
To complete the installation of the device, perform these steps:
Enable Web Image Monitor (see "Enabling Internet Services" on page 3-5).

At the Web Image Monitor Home Page for the DSm520pf/AC122/AC205, select

the [Network Settings] tab.
In the General field, Ethernet will be the default setting.

NOTE: DHCP automatically assigns IP addresses and is the default setting. If the
IP Address needs to be edited but is unavailable, select IP Address Resolution and
then Static to continue.

A print job should be submitted to ensure the device has been installed and
configured correctly.
Select the checkbox to enable TCP/IP.
Choose the [IP Address Assignment Method] required.
Enter the [IP Address].
Enter the [Subnet Mask].
Enter the [Gateway Address].
