When the multiple CPU system is configured using the Basic model QCPU as the CPU No.1, only the following CPU
modules can be used as the CPUs No.2 and 3.
• Motion CPU(Q172CPUN(-T), Q173CPUN(-T), Q172HCPU(-T), Q173HCPU(-T))
• PC CPU module
• C Controller module
Note that the PC CPU module and C Controller module cannot be mounted together.
