Default
The IP address of your modem.
The modem's subnet mask address.
Check/uncheck to Enable/Disable the
IGMP Snooping feature. This feature is
designed to prevent hosts on a local
network from receiving traffic for a
multicast group they have not explicitly
joined. Snooping is specifically useful for
bandwidth-intensive IP multicast
applications like IPTV. Most users can
leave the default setting.
Click Disable to turn off the DHCP
Server. Click Enable to turn on the
DHCP Server.
The first IP address of a range that you
specify using the Start and End IP
Address settings. Your modem's DHCP
server will assign the IP addresses in this
range at random to the computers and
devices in your network.
The last IP address of a range that you
specify using the Start and End IP
Address settings. Your modem's DHCP
server will assign numbers from this
range at random to the computers and
devices in your network.
The maximum amount of time, in hours,
that a device in your network will have
the IP address before a new one is issued
by the modem's DHCP server.
