Group dialling
You can group under codes (95 – 99) up to 50 fax
and telephone numbers, saved under the one-
touch dialling numbers and speed dialling codes.
1.
Make sure that the display shows the initial wait-
ing mode with the date and time.

key and the "8" key on the nu-
meric keypad.

key until the display shows:
GROUP DIALLING
(95 –99):
5.
Type the group dialling code with which you wish
to associate the list of recipients' numbers (for
example, 96).
TYPE NAME

Type a name to be used to subsequently identify
the group dialling code that you have pro-
grammed.
7.
Press the
key to confirm the setting.

ONE TOUCH/SPEED DIAL
8.
Simply press a previously programmed one-
touch dialling key or a speed dialling code. Then
press the
prompts you to enter another number.

If the one-touch dialling key or speed dialling
code you have entered has been changed or
deleted at any time, the display will show the
number that you have associated with the pre-
viously changed key or code or (in the case of
deletion) the message "NOT PROGRAMMED".

wish to send the document and then press the
key twice.

If you wish to print the data related to the group
dialling code you are programming, press the
key. After printing the data, the fax
machine displays the message "CONFIRM AND
EXIT";

key. To exit without confirm-
ing, press the

"CONFIRM AND EXIT";

If a group dialling code has already been pro-
grammed, the display will show:
