Parameters
seconds: Dead interval in seconds, in the range of 1 to 2147483647.
Description
Use ospf timer dead to set the dead interval.
Use undo ospf timer dead to restore the default.
The dead interval defaults to 40s for Broadcast, P2P interfaces and defaults to 120s for P2MP and
NBMA interfaces.
If an interface receives no hello packet from a neighbor within the dead interval, the interface considers
the neighbor down. The dead interval on an interface is at least four times the hello interval. Any two
routers attached to the same segment must have the same dead interval.

Examples
# Configure the dead interval on the current interface as 60 seconds.

[Sysname] interface vlan-interface 10
[Sysname-Vlan-interface10] ospf timer dead 60
