Print quality problem

Problems
Print is light (faded,
blurred)
Color registration is
out of alignment.
Black spots or streaks

Possible Reason/Solution
• Replace with a new piece of paper.
• Do not use a used paper for printing. Replace with the cor-
rect type of paper for printing.
• Check the drum cartridge and replace with a new one if
necessary.
• Check the amount of toner and replace a new toner car-
tridge if needed.
• The interior of the printer may be dirty. Clean the interior of
the printer.
• Check the drum cartridge and replace with a new one if
necessary.
• Check if the feed route of the paper is stained. Print a few
pages to remove the stains.
• Check if the correct paper type is used for printing and
replace the paper if necessary.
• Replace with a new piece of paper.
