Controlling the Conference
Audio
The primary audio controls are located at the lower right of the control screens.
Turning the microphone on/off
Whenever you want to talk privately on your end without the other end of the call
hearing you, touch the Privacy button to turn off your microphone. When the mi-
crophone is off the button is highlighted. While your microphone is off, you can
hear the party at the other end, but they cannot hear you.
To turn the microphone on, touch the Privacy button again and resume your con-
versation.
Volume adjustment
To control the volume, use the Volume Up and Down arrows in the audio control
section located in the lower right of the control screens. You may change the sys-
tem volume at any time during a conference.
Selecting an audio input
Three audio inputs are available for transmission to the remote sites. These inputs
may be selected from the CONF and ECHO CANCEL control screens in the Audio
Source section.
