Printing the Number of Prints
for Each User Code
You can print out the number of
prints for each user code using [Print
Counter], [Transmission Counter] or
[Scanner Counter]. Also, you can print
a combination of them.
To print the number of prints for
each user code
A A A A
Press the { { { { User Tools/Counter} } } } key.
B B B B
Press [System Settings].
C C C C
Press [Key Operator Tools].
D D D D
Press [Display/Clear/Print Counter per
User Code].
E E E E
Select a user code from the left
side of the display.
Note
❒ Press [Select all on the page] if you
want to select all user codes on
the page.
F F F F
Press [Print Counter List] under Per
User Code.
Note
❒ Enter the user code, and then
press [#] if the user code is regis-
tered.

Select the function usage you
want to print from [Print Counter],
[Transmission Counter] and [Scanner
Counter].

Press [Print].
To print the number of prints for all
user codes

Press the { { { { User Tools/Counter} } } } key.
B B B B
Press [System Settings].
C C C C
Press [Key Operator Tools].
D D D D
Press [Display/Clear/Print Counter per
User Code].

Press [Print Counter List] under All
User Codes.
Note
