Begin by locking the cooktop;
see the Control Lockout section.
Cleanyour cooktop after
each spill. Use CERAMA
BRYTE ® CeramicCooktop
Cleaner.*
Normal Daily Use Cleaning
ONLY use CERAMA BRYTE ® Ceramic
Cooktop Cleaner* on the glass cooktop.
Other creams may not be as effectixe.
To maintain and protect the surface of
your glass cooktop, fbllow these steps:

Before using the cooktop for the
first time, clean it with CERAMA
BRYTE° Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner.*
This helps protect the top and
makes cleanup easier.
[_] Daily use of CERAMA BRYTE ®
Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner* will
help keep the cooktop looking new.
[_] Remove the burner grates and
vent grille.
Shake the cleaning cream well.
App b a few drops of CERAMA
BRYTE®Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner*
directl_ to the cooktop.
[_] Use a paper towel or CERAN_ BRSTE®
cleaning pad for Ceramic Cooktops*
to clean the entire cooktop smfime.
[_ Use a dry cloth or paper towel
to remove all cleaning residue.
No need to rinse.
NOTE: I t is veryimportant that _/ou D ONOT heat
thecooktop u ntilit hasbeen cleaned thorough/_

Pad for Ceramic Cooktops.*
Burned-On Residue
It CAUTION:>MAGf to your
glass surface may occur if you use scrub pads
other than the pad included with your cooktop.
_] Allow the cool<top to cool.
[_ Remove the burner grates and
vent grille. [_]
[_ Spread a few drops of CERAMA
BRYTE ® Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner*
on the entire 1)urned residue area.
Using a CERAMA BRYFE ®
cleaning pad for Ceramic
Cooktops*, rub the residue area,
applying pressme as needed.
If any residue remains, repeat the
steps listed above as needed.
For additional protection, after all
residue has been removed, polish
the entire smfitce with CERAMA
BRYTE ® Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner*
and a paper towel.
The CERAMA BRYTE _ Ceramic
Cooktop Scraper* and all
recommended suppfies are

NOTE:Do not use a dull or
nicked blade.
Heavy, Burned-On Residue

Allow the cool<top to cool.
Remove the burner grates and
vent grille.
Use a single-edge razor blade
scraper at approximately a 45 °
angle against the glass surface
and scrape the soil. It will be
necessary to apply pressme to the
razor
scraper in
order to rexllove
the residue.
[_] After scraping with the razor
scrapex; spread a few drops of
CERAMA BRYTE ® Ceramic
Cooktop Cleaner* on the entire
burned residue area. Use a
CERAMA BRYTE ® cleaning pad for
Ceramic Cool<tops* to remove any
remaining residue.
For additional protection,
after all residue has been
removed, polish the entire
surface with CERAMA BRYTE ®
Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner*
and a paper towel.
