which fitils due to a defect in materials or workmanship. During
this limited one-year warranty, Mal)e will also provide, free of charge, all lal)or and in-home
service to replace the defective part.
A replacement glass cooktop if it should crack due to thermal shock, discolor, crack at the
rubber seal betx,veen the gl_s cooktop and the porcelain edge, or if the pattern wears of_
A replacement radiant surface unit if it should burn out.
Dining this limited additional four-year warranty, you will be responsible for any lal)or or
related service.
Service trips to your home to teach you how to use
the product.
Improper installation, delivery or maintenance.
Failure of the product if it is abused, misused, or
used for other than the intended purpose or used
commercially.
Damage to the glass cooktop caused by hardened
spills of sugary materials or melted plastic that are not
cleaned according to the directions in the Owner's
Manual.
Damage to the glass cooktop caused by use of cleaners
other than the recommended cleaning creams.
Replacement of house fuses or resetting of circuit
breakers.
Damage to the product caused by accident, fire, floods
or acts of God.
Incidental or consequential damage caused by possible
defects with this appfiance.
Damage caused after delivery.
Product not accessible to provide required service.

Warranty. Any impliedwarranties, including the impliedwarranties of merchantability or fitnessfora particular purpose,
arelimitedto one yearor theshortest periodallowed by law.
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and any succeeding owner for products purchased in Canada
for home use within Canada. In-home warranty service will be provided in areas where # is available and deemed
reasonable by Mabe to provide.
Some provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
which vary from province to province. To know what your legal rights are in your province, consult your local or
