Printing the Job Accounting List

The Total No. of Copies by department can be printed.
NOTE:
Check to make sure that Letter/A4 size paper is loaded in the cassette.

Display Job Accounting. (Refer to Job Accounting
Operation Procedures on page 6-3.)

Press or to select display 05.Print list,
and then press the OK key.

Press to select Yes, and then press the OK key.
The list will be printed and the display will return to
that of Step 2.
