The command cannot be executed because a REXX
read error occurred.
If the nnn value is 40:
Check that the REXX program is running in the
TSO/E environment, and then re-execute the
command.
If the nnn value is not 40:
Correct the configuration file (XML) and the values
assigned to the parameters.
If the value is 52, it is probable that a configuration
file (XML) being edited is specified.
