5. Close the Printers og box.
If the printer in is not updated automatically after clicking Information from Printer, follow
these steps:
1. he Options tab, and then select Memory Capacity on the Item list box.
2. Select th amount of the installed print memory for the memory capacity setting
3. Click y, and then click OK.
4. Close the Printers and Faxes Printers) dialog box.
When Using PS Driver
Microsoft Win
1. Click  Control Panel Hardware and Sound Printers.
2. Right-click the multifunction p elect Properties.
3. Click the Options tab, a select Get Information from Printer.
4. Click Apply, and then click OK.

Windows XP, Windows XP 64-bit Edition, Windows 03,
Windows Server 2003 Enterprise x64 Edition
1. Click StartPrinters and Faxes.
2. Right-click the multifunction p hat is using the PS driver, and then select Pro from
the displayed list.
3. Click the Device tab, and then select the total amount of the installed pri or the
Memory Capacity item under Installable Options.
4. Click Apply, and then click OK
5. Close the Printers dialog box.
Windows Server
1. Click Start Control Pane ters.
2. Right-click the muon printer that is using the PS driver, and then select Properties
from the displayed list.
3. Click the ice Settings tab, and then select the total amount of t print memory for
the Memory Capacity under Installable Options.
4. Cl Apply, and then click .
5. Close the Print dialog box.
