Check for the correct installation of the all the cables to the RIP board
assembly and to the printhead assembly; J2, J3 and J4 on the RIP board.
Go to "RIP board" on page

Note: Do not adjust or replace any printhead before performing the
checks in "Printhead diagnostics" on page
