3.2.2 Electrical Component Removal

(MCU PWB), high voltage supply board (l-lVPS), low voltage supply unit (LVPS), earth plate, and
fan unit.
3.2.2.1 ELEC Cover Removal
1. Remove the rear cover. (Refer to%ction32.1.l.)
Remove the top cover. (Refer to Section 3.2.l.2.)

3. Remove theleftcover. (Refer to Section 3.2.13.)
4. Remove the right cover. (Refer to Section 3.2.l.4.)
5. Remove 18 CB screws (M3 x 6) securing the shield cover, and remove it.

Remove 8 CB screws (M3 x 6) and 2 CBB screws (l@ x 8) securing the ET-EC cover, and
remove it.
