Adding Audio Tracks and Subtitles
A bar appears in the Subtitle 1 track in the Timeline window. The text you typed in the
Monitor window displays in the bar. The bar does not go to the end of the timeline, but
it covers a few seconds of time.
13 Move the current-time indicator to 00:00. Click the Play button in the Monitor
window.
The subtitle appears onscreen as the first voice-over sentence plays, and disappears after
a few seconds.
14 Save the project.

Modifying the appearance of subtitles

You can change the color of the subtitles to ensure that they are visible as the colors of the
video change. You can also alter the timing and duration of a subtitle after you've created
it.
1 Move the current-time indicator to a point past the first subtitle bar (about 06:00).
2 In the Monitor window, use the text tool to type It has deep pink blooms and then
press Enter.
