The three buttons have different vertical dimensions (that is, they have different heights),
so you'll need to align them by their vertical centers.
5 Select all three buttons, and then choose Object > Align > Middle.
Note: The Object > Align > Middle command results in different positioning than the
Object > Align > Center command. If you accidentally choose Object > Align > Center,
choose Edit > Undo, and then choose Object > Align > Middle.
Now, ensure that the spacing between the buttons is even.
6 With all three buttons selected, choose Object > Distribute > Horizontally.
First, you'll create a link for the Menu button. You'll copy the buttons to the other
slideshow menus, and the Menu button will have the same behavior on each menu.
7 Select the Menu button in the Menu Editor window.
