2 Choose File > Import as Menu. Navigate to the Lesson 07 folder. Import the
Cardiac_main.psd file. This menu file contains several layers and a background layer set.
3 Choose File > Import as Asset. Navigate to the Lesson 07 folder. Select the
Cardiac_cycle.avi file. Click Open.
Note: If the Import as Asset command is dimmed, click the Project window to make it active.
4 In the Project window, select the Cardiac_cycle.avi file.
5 Click the Create a New Timeline button at the bottom of the Project window.
