You can create a new folder by choosing File > New Folder or by right-clicking in the
Project window and choosing New Folder from the context menu. Often there are multiple
ways to accomplish a task. Use the method you prefer.
5 In the New Folder Name dialog box, type Presentation, and click OK.
The Presentation folder will hold the assets you'll use to create the second slideshow.
6 Double-click the Presentation folder you just created to open it.
7 Choose File > Import as Asset.
8 Select the Q2_Earnings.wav file, and click Open.
The file you imported is added to the Presentation folder in the Project window.
9 Choose File > Import as Asset.
10 Navigate to the Presentation folder in the Lesson 10 folder, and select all of the files in
it (Slide1.tif through Slide6.tif). Then click Open.
11 If it isn't already open, expand the Presentation folder in the Project window by
clicking the triangle to the left of it. Note that the files you imported are all in this folder.
Note: If the Presentation folder in the Project window wasn't active when you imported the
files, drag them into the Presentation folder now.
12 Save the project.
