Once you add a link (or a bookmark or button) you can change the set-
tings easily. For a link, double-click the link with either the Link tool or the
Select Object tool
on the Advanced Editing toolbar to open the Link
Properties dialog. The dialog contains the Appearance and Actions tabs.
The radio button options for common link actions, shown in the Create
Link dialog when you start a new link (shown in Figure 111a), don't appear
in the Appearance tab.
You can use a special type of link or bookmark process to display a
particular location, called a destination, on a numbered page, in either the
same or another PDF document. If you then add or remove pages, the link
or bookmark still points to the original page, not to the original content.
