for each parameter

Operation During
• Heater overcurrent
Error (Selection D)
• HB (heater burnout) alarm
• HS (SSR failure) alarm
• Each setting indicates the operation when the error occurs.
Setting
0: Notification only
Control continues.
(Continue)
If, however, the Operation During Error (Selection C) parame-
ter is set to 0 (Notification only (Continue)) and an input error
occurs, the MV at PV error will be output.
1: MV at error
The value set for the MV at PV Error parameter is output and a
normal output is restored when the error has been cleared.
The MV at PV error is set using the MV at PV Error (variable
type D5/95) parameter. Refer to MV at PV Error on page 75
for details.
2: Control stop
Control stops. To start control again, clear the error then exe-
cute a RUN operation command.
For the Operation During Error (Selection D) parameter, how-
ever, the current cannot be recalculated because control is
stopped, so the error cannot be cleared. To restart control,
first execute a Reset Error operation command then a RUN
operation command.
The error that has occurred can be checked by reading the status.
Operation examples for the group settings shown in the following diagram are
