This object is the row index in the
NMS manager table.
This object is the NMS manager
name and must be unique in the
table.
Maximum access level setting for the
NMS manager.
Specifies if trap forwarding is
enabled for this NMS manager.

RMON-style arbitration (RFC 1271)
to allocate device test slots. There
are 8 simultaneous test slots
available by default.
