Have a second person assist when raising the
power top compartment cover. That pe rson
should stand on the oppos ite side of the veh i-
cle and perform t he same st eps.

When raising the power top compartment
cover, avoid contact with the s upports or
other movi ng pa rts . Othe rwise you cou ld
pinch your hands.
