HYDROSTATIC TRANSMISSION
INSTALLATION
HS928
1) Install the transmission mounting plate on the hydrostatic
transmission, using the following parts:
- (i) : 8 x 40 mm flange bolt
- 0:
Collar
-G) : Wave washer
-CD·
Plain washers
-CD .

NOTE:
Be careful not to pinch the collar and wave washer
2) Install the hydrostatic transmission on the engine bed, aligning
the hole of the transmission mounting plate with the 8 mm
stud bolt of the engine bed.
Temporarily install the washer and 8 mm flange nut.
3) Insert the cross shaft of the hydrostatic transmission in the
drive gear hole of the R transmission case/engine bed stay.
Install the R. transmission case/engine bed stay on the engine
bed with two 8 x 14 mm flange bolts.
4) Install the wheel shaft bearing holder and 6004 UU bearing on
the wheel shaft.
Install the bearing holder and 6201 UU bearing on the cross
shaft.
Temporarily install the left engine bed stay on the engine bed
with three 8 x 14 mm flange bolts.
Temporarily install six 6 x 12 mm flange bolts on the cross and
wheel shaft bearing holders on the left engine bed stay
Make sure that the wheel shaft (A·A' line) does not twist, and
tighten the left engine bed stay bolts (8 x 14 mm flange bolts)
and cross and wheel shaft bearing holder bolts (6 x 12 mm
flange bolts) securely.
Make sure that A-A· line and B-8' line are parallel after tighten
them.
Tighten the 8 mm flange nut in the step 2) securely.
