REASSEMBLY
HS928
1) Install the pump control bowl in the pump case in the reverse
order of disassembly.
2) Install the needle bearing plate (thin), needle bearing, needle
bearing plate (thick), pump shaft and cylinder assembly.

3) Install two dowel pins B (5 x 8 mm) and a new gasket on the
distributer plate.
Install the cylinder plate and cylinder.
Hang the thrust ball bearing plate (thick) and thrust ball bearing
on the motor shaft.
Install the thrust ball bearing plate (thin) in the pump case as
shown.
Hold the cylinder in the pump case with your fingers, and
install it on the distributer plate.

• Install the cylinder plate w1th the crescent shaped part
facing upward.
4) Install the six 8 x 65 mm flange bolts and tighten them.
NOTE
Make sure that pump shaft and motor shaft rotate smoothly
after reassembly.
