b. INSPECTION OF THE HYDROSTATIC TRANSMISSION (HST) FOR INTERNAL FAULTS
CAUTION:
• Clean the surroundings not allow dust. or other foreign materials to enter the hydrostatic transmission before
disassembly or reassembly.
•
Disassemble and reassemble of the hydrostatic transmission is in the clean area. Avoid getting dust on the parts.
•
Handle the parts carefully to avoid damage.
• When wiping off the oil adhering to the parts, use a
lint~free
paper towel.
NOTE:
• Clean the passages of the hydrostatic transmission with high pressurized air.
• Clean all the parts of the hydrostatic transmission before assembling them.
•
Disassembly and repair of the hydrostatic transmission must be done according
to
troubleshooting procedures after
checking the all important factor except the hydrostatic transmission.
