Kickstarter

If the engine does not start by pressing the
ignition switch, try with the kickstarter. To
start the engine, open the kickstarter, move
it slightly downwards with the foot until
gears engage, and then press it downward
gently but with strength.
With the throttle grip completely closed
and the engine running on minimum, pull
the clutch lever all the way.
Engage rst gear by pushing the gearch-
ange pedal all the way down.
Release the front brake lever.
Slowly release the clutch lever and at the
same time, gently accelerate; the motorcy-
cle will begin to move forwards.
WARNING
Releasing the clutch lever too brusquely or
quickly will cause the engine to stop and
the vehicle to stick.
Do not accelerate brusquely while setting
o as it is possible to lose control of the
vehicle.
