Multi-point Simultaneous Logging

This is an example of how to set to simultaneously log multiple measurement data (e.g.
flatness measurement) at a specific timing.
The following describes an example of how to measurement flatness using the ZS-MDC
and four ZS-LDCs, and perform logging in synchronous with the logging signals of the ZS-
MDC.
Set up logging on the ZS-DSU and ZS-MDC.
